RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Return:

We gladly accept items purchased online within 30 days after the shipment date. Items must be unused and returned with the original tags in place.

At this time, FFG cannot offer free returns. Packages that are returned remain the customer’s responsibility until received by FFG. Any shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the client.

Exchange:

If a client would like to exchange an item, we will gladly exchange the item within 30 days of the shipment date. Any difference in the price will be owed or refunded to the client depending on price of the original item.

At this time, FFG cannot offer free exchanges. Packages that are exchanged remain the customer’s responsibility until received by FFG. Any shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the client.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping via USPS for all U.S. domestic orders. We ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and 3-5 days for shipping.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend dry cleaning all wool pillows.
For cotton pillows, we recommend turning the pillow inside out, washing on the delicate cycle and then air-drying. Alternatively, you can also dry clean.
